Linow Lake in North Sulawesi

The lake has an area of about 34 ha is unique because it contains a high sulfur content and has an ever-changing colors. It depends on your point of view and the lighting of the lake. Around the lake, there are endemic species of birds and swarms of insects blibis that the locals called “sayok” or “commodity”. Unique insects that live in water but with wings and can fly it into the consumption of local residents.

Sometimes there are sounds of birds chirping of small and large white bird across the lake. The birds of various species and sizes are building homes around the lake.
